競賽．獎助學金115學年度國科會博士生獎學金申請通知 2026 NSTC Ph.D. Fellowship Application Notice
有關「國家科學及技術委員會博士生獎學金（NSTC Ph.D. Fellowship）」115學年度新申請暨初審推薦作業，相關辦理事項如下，敬請詳閱：
獎勵對象：
已註冊入學就讀之博士班學生（不限年級），包含115年9月入學之博士班一年級新生。
獎勵期間及金額：
每月核給新臺幣40,000元，獎勵期間最長3年（115年9月1日至118年8月31日）。獲獎學生如於獎勵期間內畢業，獎學金核發至畢業當月止。
申請文件及注意事項：
申請表：請務必使用本次公告附件之最新版申請表，提供中文版及英文版，擇一填寫即可。
歷年成績單：
博士班一年級新生：繳交碩士班歷年成績單。
非博士班一年級學生：繳交博士班歷年成績單。
博士研究計畫：以10頁為限（含參考文獻），超過頁數者，整份申請資料將不予審查。
其他有助審查之資料：頁數不限。
紙本核章頁：申請表核章頁請依系所規定完成簽核後繳交至系辦公室。
線上申請：
請將所有申請資料合併為單一PDF檔，並於115年8月14日（星期五）下午5時前完成線上申請及檔案上傳：

Regarding the application and departmental nomination process for the NSTC Ph.D. Fellowship Program (2026 Academic Year), please carefully review the following information:
Eligibility:
Registered Ph.D. students of all academic years, including newly admitted students entering the Ph.D. program in September 2026.
Award Amount and Duration:
Recipients will receive NT$40,000 per month for up to three years (September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2029). Students who graduate before the end of the award period will receive funding through their month of graduation.
Application Documents and Requirements:
Application Form: please use either the updated Chinese Form or English Form
Academic Transcript:
First-year Ph.D. students: Master's transcript.
Continuing Ph.D. students: Ph.D. transcript.
Ph.D. Research Proposal: Limited to 10 pages, including references. Applications exceeding the page limit will not be reviewed.
Supporting Documents: Optional. No page limit applies.
Signed Application Cover Page: Please submit the signed cover page to your department office.
