114學年度第2梯次「教育部博士生獎學金補助計畫」獎學金申請
有關本校114學年度第2梯次「教育部博士生獎學金補助計畫」獎學金申請事宜,因本校尚有補助額度,考量部分學生前次未提出申請,或115.2月即將入學就讀博班,爰開放第2梯次申請,補助期間為半年(115.2∼115.7)。說明如下:
簡要說明相關規範:
I. 補助對象及請領資格:具中華民國國籍且非在職之博士班1至3年級學生。
II. 補助名額:114學年度第2梯次工學院獲分配名額為12名。
III. 補助說明:
i. 定額補助:每月4萬元=教育部2萬元+校/指導教授/企業配合款2萬元
ii. 補助類型:請參考附件說明
iii. 加碼補助:通過加碼審查者,每生每月獲得1,000~2萬元額外補助。
IV. 申請資料:
i. 申請表請務必使用附件新版。
ii. (博一)碩士歷年成績單/(博二&博三)博士歷年成績單。
iii. 學術研究及職涯發展計畫:限10頁(含參考文獻),不限中英文;超過頁數者,全份不予審查(即文件不符規定)。
iv. 將上述所有資料合併為一份PDF檔,於115年1月7日(三)17:00前繳交至515室李助教。
其他有助審查資料:不限頁數。

Dear Department Administrators,
Please refer to the attached documents and award guidelines for the second-round application and initial review process of the “MOE Doctoral Scholarship Program” for the 114th academic year.
As briefly described below:
I. Eligible Applicants: Domestic Doctoral students in their 1st to 3rd year who are not currently employed (excluding international students).
II. Number of Awards: For the second-round allocation in AY114, the College of Engineering has 12 award slots.
III. Amount and Duration:
IV. Fixed subsidy: NT$40,000 per month=MOE: NT$20,000 + University / Advisor / Industry Matching Funds: NT$20,000
V. Funding Type:Please refer to the attached instructions.
VI. Additional Funding: Students who pass the additional review may receive an extra NT$1,000–20,000 per month.
VII. Application Materials:
i. Application Form: Please use the updated version provided in the attachments.
ii. Transcripts:Year 1 Ph.D. students: Submit Master’s degree transcripts.
Year 2 and 3 Ph.D. students: Submit Ph.D. transcripts.
iii. Ph.D. Research Proposal: Limited to 10 pages, including references. Submissions exceeding this limit will not be reviewed.Other Supporting Documents: Optional, no page limit.
iv. Submission Deadline: Combine all materials into a single PDF file. Complete the following by 5:00 PM on WED, January 7, 2026.
- Student : Submit the hard copy of the application form and PDF file to your department office.

VIII. Recommendation List:
i. If there is more than one applicant, please indicate the order of recommendation ranking on the recommendation ranking list.
ii. Please ensure the comments should be clear and specific (not just one or two lines) Vague or overly brief remarks may result in the application being returned for revision by the university-level review committee.
iii. Please email the Word file to the college office, and submit the hard copy with signatures after approval.
iv. Combine all the above materials into one PDF file and submit it to Miss Li in Room 515 by 17:00 on January 7th (Wednesday), 2016.
