114學年度國科會博士生獎學金申請通知 2025 NSTC Ph.D. Fellowship Application Notice
「培育優秀博士生獎學金」114學年度新申請暨初審推薦作業，相關公文及獎勵辦法請參閱附件。
獎勵對象：114年9月註冊入學就讀之博士班學生（不限年級）。
獎勵期間及金額：每人每月新臺幣4萬元，獎勵3年（自114年9月1日至117年8月31日）；若於3年內畢業，則獎勵至畢業當月止。
申請資料：
(1) 申請表：請務必使用附件新版，分為中文版【03】與英文版【04】，擇一填寫即可。
(2) 歷年成績單：碩士（含）以上歷年成績單；如為博士二年級以上學生，須檢附碩、博歷年成績單。
(3) 博士研究計畫：限10頁（含參考文獻），超過頁數者，整份資料將不予審查。
(4) 其他有助審查之資料：頁數不拘。
(5) 將上述所有資料合併為一份PDF檔（含申請核章頁掃描），於114年7月30日（三）17:00前送交李舒寧助教(515室)。
(6) 通過系所推薦的申請者，請於114年8月22日（五）17:00前完成線上填寫申請表單並上傳完整PDF檔案：https://forms.gle/SeDo7eYE8hgN1SQY9
Regarding the application and initial review process for the "2025 NSTC Graduate Research Fellowship - Allocation Category", please refer to the attached official documents and program guidelines.
Please carefully review the following important notes:
A. Eligible Applicants: Ph.D. students (of any year) who register in September 2025.
B. Fellowship Period and Amount: NT$40,000 per month per student for a period of three years (from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2028). For students who graduate within this period, the fellowship will end in the month of graduation.
C. Application Materials:
1. Application Form: Please use the updated version provided in the attachments—either Chinese [Form 03] or English [Form 04]; please choose one to complete.
2. Academic Transcripts: Transcripts for all graduate-level studies. Students currently in their second year (or above) of Ph.D. studies must provide transcripts for both Master's and Ph.D. programs.
3. Ph.D. Research Proposal: Limited to 10 pages, including references. Submissions exceeding this limit will not be reviewed.
4. Other Supporting Documents: Optional, no page limit.
5. Submission Method: Combine all materials into a single PDF file (including the scanned approval/signature page). Complete the following by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, July 30, 2025:
- Submit the paper copy of the signed application cover page to Miss Lee (Office 515)
