民國48年生，71年 中興大學環境工程學系工學士，78年 美國俄亥俄州辛辛那提大學土木與環境工程系碩士，80年 辛辛那提大學土木與環境工程系博士，81年2月 國立中興大學環境工程學系副教授，85年8月 國立中興大學環境工程學系教授。90-92年擔任系主任。
